Here I am at elecTRONica in February of 2011. Seems like only yesterday…
Calling all fans of elecTRONica!!
So I was sitting here browsing tumblr and seeing all the love for elecTRONica and I got to thinking. I have lots of footage that I shot there and my original idea was to just throw a video together with it and call it a day.
But we can do better than that…
I have an idea for a light-hearted documentary I want to make about a terrible affliction known as P.E.S.D. Or, Post-ElecTRONica-Sadness-Disorder. I’d love to sit down with all of you and get your thoughts and reflections on video as well as talk about what you’d like to see in a possible elecTRONica 2.0 or even what you think about the Mad Hatter’s T-Party.
So, please spread the word to everyone you know who loved elecTRONica. I assume everyone lives close to Disneyland and has an Annual Pass, so why not shoot it at the backlot of DCA, the former site of our collective home-away-from-home. My ask box is open, so feel free to send me some responses, re-blogs, and feedback. I’d love to hear what you guys think, so reach out! Let’s make something so awesome that if Disney sees it, they’ll HAVE to bring elecTRONica back! If not for me, for ECKERT!
